Worst service. Called multiple times to get a quote and filled out forms online. Zero response. A friend of a friend that works there let them know we'd been trying to get a hold of them. He was very nice and called us back. We had been in touch with Black Diamond moving company, but bc of the frien...

It was pleasure working with Duffel Donkey on 3 recent moves - and we’re talking about moving, which is almost never pleasant. They are friendly, professional, courteous, responsive, reliable, trustworthy, punctual, communicative, efficient …. And that applies to the office team as well as the drive...

We just had our couch delivered by this company and I am blown away by the service and company! We purchased a big 2 piece couch. We were expecting it a month from now, however, Duffel Donkey called and so politely scheduled a time for it to be delivered. The delivery was the next morning! Absolutel...

Duffle Donkey is extremely professional, efficient and on time. The job we hired them for was no easy task and they managed to complete the job in just part of a day. The team that came to help us out never was idle and checked with me periodically and before they left made sure the job was complete...

We moved a physical therapy clinic with heavy large awkward equipment that had to fit around corners and 3 foot doors. They took the extra time to be safe, careful and were very mindful to prevent any damage to our new facility. They were very pleasant to work with and were able to pivot with diffic...

I needed people to move very heavy furniture and rugs. The Duffel Donkey team came in and worked very hard and fast for the tasks at hand. There were able to move multiple rooms of furniture in less than a few hours. I am glad that there are around to help.

Great storage company. Very friendly, someone is always there to answer the phone and answer your questions. I'm a Shipper and I have used them and also delivered to them and it couldn't be easier. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in the Jackson area or any Shipper that runs into a...

Amazing group of movers! They were professional, on time, hard-working and very friendly. Moving is always chaotic, and this team made it a breeze. Would give 10 stars if that was an option!

We set an appointment to get an estimate. No one showed. After waiting an hour, we called and spoke to someone who was at the vet. He said he would call back and reschedule as soon as he was out of the vet. Two hours later, after not hearing from him, we called again. With feeble apologies, he promi...

Duffel Donkey is amazing. They crated and shipped oversized furniture for me. Showed up last minute on a Saturday to help me move items to storage. Very professional, kind and really very helpful. I highly recommend.

Marshall was available within minutes of our call.... He made arrangements to move our furniture purchase to our house directly with the vendor and then delivered perfectly --- all on the same day. Great service, straight dealing and reasonable in price. Will use him over and over in Jackson.
